accepts your request for the Services which is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By booking or registering, you agree to all the terms and conditions of our Terms and Privacy Policy, which gives notice to you through our user interface as follows:

As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Services, you may be
required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact
details).By Registering with us , you agree that you’ve read and accepted our Terms and
Conditions and you consent to our Privacy Policy.

• Order Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made through our Website located at https://www.shinify.net or otherwise by contacting
the Shinify team at the contact details on our Website. Bookings that have been placed with Shinify on the
website or via telephone must be paid for ahead of time. Payment for Orders must be made on an
accepted Credit/Debit card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay (subject to availability) through PayU. The
Company reserves the right to cancel or restrict bookings subject to availability.

• Changes to the Services/Pricing

We may, without prior notice, change the Services/Pricing , stop providing the Services or features of the
Services to you or to Users generally or create usage limits for the Services. We may permanently or
temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason,
including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agreement, or for no reason.

DISCLAIMER: **PLEASE NOTE** Shinify Car wash reserves the right to adjust the price quotation subject to inspection of the car. Excessively dirty cars may incur a surcharge. Your operator will inform you at the time.

• Contact

To fulfill our responsibilities to you, the Company may contact you with regards to any appointment you
have made. If your Order is taking longer than expected or you have any other problems with your Order,
we recommend you contact the Operator first, but failing that please call us or send an email to let us
know .

• Customer Responsibilities

You must disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you,
which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with any of our services.
We do not undertake to insure your vehicle against loss while it is in our possession. Insurance of your
vehicle is at all times your responsibility.
Any complaints about our work cannot be considered unless reported prior to our operative handing you
back your key and marking the job as complete.
You will be liable to us for any death, injury or damage suffered by us or our staff attributable to any
defect in your vehicle or any harmful contents.
It should be noted that polish and other cleaning products can be slippery and extreme caution should be
exercised when collecting your vehicle.
We accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage caused as a consequence of failing to heed this
warning.
Old or non-original paintwork can be damaged in the cleaning process. All such defects shall be indicated
to our staff prior to commencement of the cleaning process.
Older vehicles may have weaker or perished materials and we agree to provide the services at your risk in
respect of vehicles over 3 years old.

• Cancellation & Late Arrival

We understand that schedules change and you may need to change the time of a booking. If
you cancel the booking within 12 hours of the scheduled time, we will charge 25% of the
booking. Cancellations within 3 hours of the booking time will be charged in full.
Reservations cannot be cancelled once the Shinify representative arrives at your destination.

• Refund Policy

In case of cancellation as per terms, the entire amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 working
days.

• Privacy
Any payment or booking information provided to the Company will only be used by the Company and
will not be distributed or given to any other individual or organisation. Further information can be found
in our Privacy Policy.
